Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned apricot, with juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup low-fat yoghurt, natural or vanilla
  • 6 ice cubes

Method

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until foamy. Serve immediately.
