Compliments and complaints
If you would like to compliment or make a complaint about a public hospital, public health service or WA Health staff member please contact the hospital or health service where you were treated from the list below.
Private healthcare providers
There are many private healthcare providers such as GPs and specialists that are not managed by WA Health. If you are not satisfied with the service provided by a private health care provider, you are encouraged to first talk with them about your concerns.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of this discussion, you can contact the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (HaDSCO) (external site).
You can also notify the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) about a health care provider’s conduct, health or performance. See the AHPRA website (external site) for more information.
