If you are having technical issues

Step 1: Please ensure you have followed the step-by-step instructions for your device and attempted to download and install the application.

Step 2: Refer to the user guide/manual for your device for further information and to troubleshoot issues.

Step 3: If you continue to have issues, contact the Statewide Telehealth Service Desk and inform them that you are a telehealth at home patient. Please make sure you have the appointment letter given to you which details your appointment information, as you will be asked for your VISIT ID by a Support Officer.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.00pm, excluding public holidays

You may be instructed by a Telehealth Support Officer to open the Team Viewer software (external site).
