Vitamin D is a very important vitamin for both mother and baby. You need to make sure your vitamin D levels are normal during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Taking the vitamin Folate before and during pregnancy reduces the risk of your baby having a neural tube defect (conditions in which a baby’s spine, brain and skull do not develop properly).
Medications
If you plan to become pregnant, or think you are pregnant you must talk to your doctor about taking Warfarin.
