What would help you quit smoking? One of the most common reasons people give for quitting is for their loved ones.

"Quitting made me closer to my kids."

In a moving new campaign from Make Smoking History, four Western Australians share their stories about quitting for their kids.

As well as a long list of health benefits to yourself, when you quit smoking you protect the health of the people around you. It is also brings huge financial savings, and the sooner you quit, the more likely your children will be non-smokers.

Last year, Make Smoking History aired TV ads featuring 12 Western Australians who had either recently quit smoking or were attempting to quit. In the current campaign, four of these people talked more about how they quit for their children.
