Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH) is the State’s only specialist paediatric hospital and major trauma centre, providing leading medical care for young patients across WA.

Located in the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (QEIIMC), PCH is part of a centre of excellence for health and research and hosts paediatric research and education initiatives led by the Telethon Kids Institute and University of Western Australia.

PCH is part of a much bigger health care picture along with other new and expanded facilities for children and families across the State.

Our features include:

  • 298 beds
  • 11 operating theatres, including the state’s first intraoperative MRI
  • 75 per cent single inpatient rooms
  • 10 bed High Dependency Unit for high risk patients
  • integrated research and education facilities
