If you feel that your application has not been given due consideration in light of all the relevant facts, in the first instance you may appeal directly to your relevant PATS Regional Coordinator for reconsideration.
If following this, you are still unhappy with the outcome, you can contact the Regional Director of your regional health service. Contact numbers will be made available on request.
If after pursuing the above options you are still not satisfied, you are advised to contact the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (external site).
All complaints will be managed in accordance with the WA Health Complaint Management Policy and WACHS Compliments and Complaints Policy.
If you would like advocacy and support with the complaint process you can contact the Health Consumers' Council (external site).
